The RS 02 wetsuit is optimised for flexibility and weight, it has been combined with Aerodome panels that have air bubbles built between the fabric layers, producing up to 30% more buoyancy than conventional neoprene. The special buoyancy panels in the core and lower legs provide improved body position in the water.
You get a sophisticated paneling of 1.5, 2, 3 and 5 millimeter neoprene in the wetsuit, with a special emphasis on maximum upper body flexibility and making the legs very buoyant.
The suit has a low-friction SCS coating to provide superlative glide through the water meaning the distance of each stroke is maximized helping you to swim faster.
We use a very high quality liner for the ultimate stretch and comfort throughout it’s construction instead of just the shoulders and under arm panels. This also means the suit is easier to put on and take off saving you valuable seconds in T1.

Your wetsuit is a significant investment, so you want it to stay perfect for a while. Here are our top tips to keep it in the best condition:
Once you’ve completed a swim, rinse out your suit as soon as possible and hang it somewhere to dry that’s not in the sun's full glare.
Store your wetsuit somewhere cool and dry, ideally lay it flat rather than hanging it up using a coathanger as this can damage the thin neoprene around the shoulders.
The Raceskin wetsuit 12 month warranty becomes void if you have not followed the care instructions
provided by any of the following means:
1. you have exposed the suit to chlorine;
2. you have exposed the suit to extreme heat and direct sunshine;
3. you have exposed the suit to prolonged bacteria and other harsh
abrasive substances such as Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline etc)
Raceskin will not repair or replace items that have clear physical stress such as rips and split seams, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment
We have the right to inspect claimed damages to suits and decide on outcome and cause of damage.
If we find the suit to be faulty at the fault of the customer, Raceskin will not pay for suit repairs.

FAQs
Open-water wetsuits provide a massive advantage when racing in triathlons. Raceskin’s open water wetsuits act as a second skin, helping you to glide through the water. The intelligent design and advanced fabrics support every stroke, allowing you to swim faster than ever before.
A triathlon-specific wetsuit is designed to improve the swimmer's body position in the water and allow for efficient movement while swimming. This is achieved by combining buoyant and flexible neoprene panels into a comfortable, form-fitting suit.
Determining your wetsuit size based on a size chart can be tricky. The two most important factors to consider are height and weight. After that, use your chest measurement.
A wetsuit should generally fit snugly, like a second skin but not so tight that your range of motion is limited. It is essential to understand that after a wetsuit gets wet, it will loosen up and feel more comfortable.
Refer to our size charts to help you choose the correct size for the perfect fit

You need to wash your wetsuit after every time you use it. Use cool fresh water to rinse out your suit to remove any salt, chlorine or other nasties from the water. You can use a garden hose, bathroom shower or even dunk it in the bath for half an hour.
Never use a washing machine to clean your wetsuit. Doing so will damage it, in many cases, beyond repair.
Never use a coathanger or hang your wetsuit from the shoulders. This could damage it and affect its shape. Instead, lay your flat wetsuit, fold it behind the knees and then in half. This will keep your investment safe and in perfect condition for your next race.
To protect the SCS coating on the outside of the wetsuit, we advise adding a small layer of baby powder when storing it for an extended period. This will help to protect the coating, keeping it smooth.
Putting on a wetsuit is when the most damage happens. Take your time while sliding it on, and make sure you’re not wearing any watches, rings or jewellery that can tear the wetsuit.
Check your nails, too, as these can snag and tear the suit. Always grab the suit with the pads of your fingers, never the nails. If you need to use a lubricant to slide on the suit, avoid petroleum-based ones as they can cause damage.
Your Raceskin swimming wetsuit is supported with a warranty on both manufacture and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase from Raceskin or an authorised Raceskin partner.
Where allowed by law, the Raceskin Warranty for wetsuits does not apply to purchases from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.
